As Business Unit Manager, you are responsible for leading product development for the arable farming sector. In this position, you are ultimately responsible for the P&L and the financial results.

With a clear vision, you determine the strategy and set ambitious goals. Especially in this dynamic and quickly evolving market you can make the difference for the farmers on the one hand and play a huge role in soil health.

You take on the challenges that come with building and growing a business unit. With a professional and experienced teams around you, you not only lead the business unit but work hand in hand to improve on all aspects.

Such as improving processes and expanding the existing team of highly motivated people. You drive change in the organization through your customer driven approach.

Ultimately you inspire to propagate the Eurofins DNA and influence an environment in which people perform, grow, contribute and enjoy their work.

Functie-eisen

You have experience leading teams or multidisciplinary projects in an agricultural, laboratory, consultancy or commercial environment.

In a dynamic organization you have led big development, implementation or commercial projects. With your entrepreneurial mindset, you have a constant focus on improvement and results, and inspire others to do so as well.

You are quality minded, take initiative and have strong executing skills. Furthermore, you have an excellent command of Dutch and English.
