As an HR Business Partner you create an optimal working environment for the approx. 1200 colleagues (permanent and flex) in our DC in Echt.
In this position you are part of the Operational Management team of DC Echt, which consists of a Site Manager, 3 Operational Managers (Inbound, Warehouse and Transport) and a Process Manager .
WHAT YOU WILL DO ON A DAILY BASIS
As an HR Business Partner at Action you are the ultimate generalist and you advise employees and managers in the DC (in cooperation with Training & Development, Absenteeism, Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits) in all areas of HR.
Together with the aforementioned departments, you ensure an optimal and efficient working environment where decisions are made quickly.
In this position you will be involved in operational, tactical and strategic matters. This could be managing an absenteeism case or, together with colleagues from the HR Supply Chain team, set up a recruitment campaign or make an active contribution to the further development of the HR SC strategy.
