The Corporate Finance department acts as a shared services center and is responsible for the financial accounting and reporting on an EMEA and Global level for all European countries and advising the European and country management board.

Your main tasks and responsibilities :

Responsible for the day to accounting of some of our entities within continental Europe which includes the processing billing, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting;

Responsible for monthly closing for your entities;

Work closely with the accounting and controlling team and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) staff members, and local country teams to ensure high quality of reporting;

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations;

Assist the Senior corporate controller in preparing statutory financial statements;

Ensure the assigned sox controls are met;

What do you have to offer us?

High sense of responsibility;

The ability to optimize and plan the monthly reporting cycles;

Bachelor's degree in Accounting;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Dutch or any other European language would be a plus;

Strong potential to develop organizational and analytical skills;

affinity with complex IT / ERP systems (experience with People Soft is a plus);

Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience;

Team player, pro-active and accurate.
