Roles And Responsibilities
Accountable for and leads the Fleet Development organisation, organisational change management, and implementation thereof;
Responsible for the daily co-ordination of the global Fleet Development activities in the Company;
Prepare, monitor and manage the annual Fleet Development profit plan and budget;
Accountable for monitoring and managing of new build, refit, conversion project budgets and the funding thereof;
Owner of the main Fleet Development processes and workflows;
Responsible that adequate resources are available;
Ensures that the Service Line complies with Fugro NV policy, principles and standards and Fleet Services policies, procedures and instructions;
Provides general supervision on the execution and fulfilment of new building, consultancy and engineering contracts with Fugro entities;
Actively supports Service Line Fleet Management;
Reports to the Director Fleet Services.
Experience in a (similar) managerial role;
Preferred new building and conversion experience;
Academic-, or equal level of ability;
Experience with MS Office related software;
Fluent in English verbally and in writing.
