THE ROLE

You will define and Implement the Benelux Power Business Strategy for Nuclear (Fisher, Sempell and Crosby Products & Services) and Conventional Power (Sempell Isolation Valves, Pressure Relief Valves and Control Valves).

You will own the overall Business (Budget, POR, Growth & Profit Plan, KOB mix) and align the strategic direction with the Nuclear Business Unit, European Power & Steam Team and Benelux entities to deliver profitable growth.

YOU ARE ABLE TO :

  • Define Benelux Growth Plan (Kind Of Business 1, 2 & 3, Nuclear & Conventional Power with a strong focus on Cross Industry Steam Applications).
  • Manage directly the Benelux Nuclear Sales Manager and the Power and Steam Specialist
  • Leverage Nuclear and Conventional Sempell Installed Base to grow Kind of Business 3
  • Execute Price Capture Plan
  • Participate to Emerson Automation Solutions Processes (Budget, POR, Monthly Staff Meetings)
  • Manage Nuclear Account Engie (Electrabel Tractebel), Conventional Power Key Customers, develop Key Account Management Approach and leverage synergies of a combined Nuclear / Conventional Power approach wherever possible.
  • Actively visit power customers and prospects in The Netherlands.
  • Take part on Nuclear Sales Meeting
  • Represent the Nuclear Business Unit on Main Nuclear / Conventional Events / Exhibitions.
  • Ensure business is conducted to achieve Global Nuclear Safety in accordance with nuclear codes applicable
  • Ensure business is conducted in accordance with the Company Ethics and Trade Compliance policy
  • Integrate Benelux Nuclear Business within Global Nuclear Business Unit to leverage our Global capabilities (Account Management, Marketing, ).
  • To qualify, your CV needs to demonstrate :

  • Engineering and / or business management degrees
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Management
  • Leadership experience
  • Good understanding of Emerson Management Processes (Strategic, Finance, )
  • Sales / Business development experiences
  • Experience in the Valve Industry
  • Power Industry knowledge (Nuclear / Conventional)
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
