As a seasoned recruiting professional, you pride yourself on building strong relationships with your hiring managers, candidates and HR business partners to create a positive candidate experience, act as a trusted advisor and collaborate seamlessly across multiple HR team members.
You have a keen focus on attracting, selecting and retaining top talent while also keeping compliance and process improvement in mind.
Your days will offer new challenges and a variety of tasks, including :
Source, screen, assess, and facilitate selection of top talent for international business (Europe, Asia and Latin America),
Develop and manage an entry level sales sourcing / funnel program
Partner with Hiring Managers & HR Partners to develop a sourcing strategy for strategic sales hires
Work with HM’s, HR, Compensation and Finance on the creation of complex candidate offers, including commission, guarantees, non competes and claw backs
Manage full cycle recruitment from candidate sourcing to onboarding
Drive a newly developed behavioral based interview process throughout the sales organization, including standardized interview guides and competencies
Work with our internal Selections Specialist, utilizing assessment testing
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through consistent follow up communication and feedback
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and identify future talent pipelining opportunities for key positions Consistently build candidate pipelines for key positions that support the strategic business objectives
Negotiate and build relationships with outside recruiters and other creative talent resources such as organizations and associations to fill open positions
Assist in the execution of TA programs including social media initiatives, recruitment activity planning
Perform duties in compliance with applicable country laws / regulations
3+ years end to end recruitment experience for roles in EMEA
Experience with ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools
Strong ability to influence and to manage stakeholder up to senior leadership level
Able to partner with, coach and lead hiring managers across all aspects of the recruiting cycle, gaining trust and credibility
Medical Device (Spine) and Sales Exposure
Experience with UltiPro and Avature
Proven success with projects and pipeline creation
