We are now looking for a product manager to lead the product strategy for our partner products ATS, APM and AQM, as well as for our other initiatives on for example performance testing.
Your main challenges :
Create a vision on testing Mendix apps and inspire the organization to deliver on it.
Identify and define the customer value of features and lead the measurement of KPI’s to understand and manage these in practice.
Lead the road-mapping process for Testing and Quality Engineering tools and define impactful Mendix and partner product releases.
Maintain an agile and productive relationship with our product partners contributing to our mutual success.
Your responsibilities :
You will be responsible for the vision on testing in the Mendix low-code app development platform.
You will be responsible for jointly defining the roadmap, releases and launch of our partner products ATS, APM and AQM together with our product partners.
You will be responsible for whole product success, providing all stakeholders with the necessary content to market, sell, and implement our testing and quality engineering products.
You will work together with other product managers to define requirements and identify dependencies on other parts of the product portfolio to build the quality tools our customers need.
You will work together with sales operations, marketing and our product partners to evaluate pricing and Go-To-Market strategies.
You will continuously improve all testing products based on feedback from our customers, our Expert Services teams, Support teams, R&D teams and our product partners.

Desired skills and experience :
Experience with quality processes in a multi-team agile environment.
Knowledge of and hands-on experience with agile testing in a software development organization.
At least 5 years of experience in a software developer, tester or related role and 2 years in a DevOps oriented environment.
At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a software product organization.
Good analytical skills and the ability to formulate clear proposals that explain the why, how and when of features and product releases.
Good organizational and cultural sensitivity to work across multiple teams, departments and organizations.
Excellent English skills in writing and speaking.
