In this exciting operational role within the Junior Adventures Group you will engage in Business Process
Management activities, help to facilitate change within the team and assist in system admin work, all
while helping to make a difference in children's lives everyday!

In this innovative role, you will participate heavily in Business Process Management, Change Management & other Operational Excellence activities
Within each of these functions, you'll complete the following tasks :
Collect / analyse information to complete process discovery / optimisation in requested areas.
Analyse data to detect issues and use appropriate methods like Lean Six Sigma to improve the process.
Run quality checks and participate in process audits
Participate in process automation, including detecting automation opportunities, preparing business requirements, assessing solutions, and participating in implementation.
Document Policies, Processes, Procedures and Work Instructions based on the company standard and available software.
Participate in planning changes, prepare / send communications, and increase awareness about the change in target areas.
Prepare training materials to educate employees regarding new / updated policies, processes, procedures, and work instructions.
Design and facilitate workshops to improve culture, create capabilities, and increase awareness regarding BPM.
Facilitate implementing the new processes / solutions, including testing and feedback collection.
Manage BPMS , e.g. user and access management and troubleshooting user training.
Prepare reports for the different audiences regarding Operational Excellence activities and projects.
Monitor policy, process, and procedure maintained by other departments and take corrective and preventive action.
Support Operational Excellence team in managing initiatives and projects.
A little bit about you :
Extensive knowledge of Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and Process Management techniques.
Outstanding self-management, active listening, analytical thinking, and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, including advanced skills in business writing and editing formal documents and preparing reports.
Intermediate data analysis skills.
Previous experience in Lean Six Sigma projects / activities.
Previous experience in mapping processes using BPMN 2.0.
Highly skilled in using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Visio.
Previous experience in process / workflow automation (desired).
Previous experience with Business Process Management Systems (desired).
