Welcome to the world of solar energy!

Solar Monkey makes it possible for installers to easily design, sell and maintain solar power systems remotely. We originated in Delft University of Technology, with which we still have close ties in order to keep our software at the highest level.

We help installers to work more effectively and thus give an impulse to the sustainable energy transition. In addition, we offer the service of monitoring the performance of installed systems.

In this way we help our customers to get the most out of their business both before and after installation. It is Solar Monkey's ambition to have a global impact on the solar industry.

Why you are indispensable for Solar Monkey

As a Customer Success Manager at Solar Monkey you have many different responsibilities. As soon as a customer wants to start working with our software, you will be their main point of contact to Solar Monkey.

You take care of their onboarding and organise (online) training sessions so that customers can start using our software right away.

It is your goal to build a strong relationship with the clients, helping them to set up their business processes as good as possible with the help of Solar Monkey.

At the same time you collect developments and feedback from the market, which you use to develop an effective strategy together with the sales team.

Within Solar Monkey you get a lot of room to work with your ideas.

How are you going to do that?

In the first month we will prepare you completely. We make you a real expert in the field of solar panels and our software.

You will advise and guide a wide variety of customers, ensuring they launch solar Monkey successfully, adopt it widely and continuously gain business value from our products and services.

You serve as the trusted point of contact for our key customers across the customer lifecycle; from, adoption, to advocacy and renewal.

You will train and onboard new customers to make sure they are off to a flying start.

You make sure accounts are closely managed to identify opportunities and signal any risks or churn.

Have hands-on experience implementing software to set the customer up for success.

You identify customer trends and feedback to ensure our products are developed with the customer at the forefront.

You will help designing and built our Pipedrive.

Our head quarter is in The Hague, where you will work closely together with your colleagues. Do you prefer to work from home?

Preferably 2 - 4 years of experience working with customers in Account Management or Customer Success

Proven success in managing customer accounts

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (native) and English

You have excellent organisational and time management skills able to multitask, take initiative, prioritise, and manage time effectively

The ability to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively.

You are a team player and celebrate the success of your Staff base team members as much as your own

Working experience in a client engaging environment, ideally in a B2B SaaS or solar environment

Thrive on change while remaining highly organised, optimistic, and coachable
