AvePoint is looking to add a Partner Marketing Manager to our team in the Benelux and Nordics region. This is a very exciting opportunity to add immediate value to our company.

What will you be doing?

AvePoint is looking for a highly capable, self-driven individual to help drive awareness and adoption of AvePoint on Premise and Cloud offerings to / with / through partners in the Benelux and Nordics regions.

You will report directly to the EMEA VP of Field Marketing. By joining the AvePoint team, you’ll work closely with Benelux and Nordic Sales teams to drive digital and offline go-to-market execution plans for an exciting product and service portfolio that only continues to grow.

Such duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to :

  • Plan, manage and execute marketing activities to
  • Recruit new partners
  • Market to end-user prospects jointly with partners
  • Host joint webinars / seminars with partners
  • Develop and manage a library of co-marketing materials to support go-to-market activities jointly with partners
  • Build a community of local Microsoft Modern workplace champions to help spread the awareness of Modern workplace
  • Manage lead-nurturing campaigns for prospective partner firms
  • Track partner pipeline performance data historical and projected
  • Monitor and support partner utilisation of MDF
  • Travel as needed to support in-person marketing events and activities :
  • Plan and coordinate for such events
  • Plan and coordinate travel, shipping, supplies and collateral needs for such events
  • Develop, coordinate and manage co-marketing activities with partners to include :
  • Email campaigns
  • Physical dimensional mailings and deliverables
  • Seminars
  • Joint Customer Case studies
  • Digital lead gen with Media and social media
  • Call-out days
  • SPIF programs
  • Partner with marketing to create engaging content such as datasheets, eBooks, whitepapers, presentations, and webinars.

    You have a proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns effectively, reporting on marketing metrics and ROI. An excellent communicator with the ability to juggle multiple ongoing projects at any given time.

    Some travel will be required, primarily across the Benelux and Nordics region (up to 20%).

    Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in marketing, IT industry preferred.
  • Strong business development acumen
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, including a demonstrated ability to work under deadline pressure and manage multi-faceted initiatives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able and willing to learn technology and implement new tools and process
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and still effectively manage to deadlines
  • The Hague - Fluency in Dutch and English - additional languages would be a bonus
  • Brussels - Fluency in French and English - Flemish would be a bonus
