In the role of consultant you are in the lead to the (co-) develop and manage customer experience- and leadership programs. You will work in an international team with different specialists, from both the client’s side as well as the PS-team. You will get the opportunity to collaborate with various specialists for different (internal) organisations. In an agile international (none corporate) working environment. You love a fast way of working and have the talent to make a complex (transformation) project simple. You know how to set-up and execute a project management plan. Our programs are designed based on a good analysis of the desired change and executed with a close eye on the client’s specific brand experience, challenges and needs of the target audience. One the one hand you are the strategic consultant able to advice on and oversee the necessary approach and keep track. On the other hand you help to execute the designed learning solutions as a consultant or facilitator, often through a Train-the-Trainer approach.

We are looking for someone who has strong consulting skills in the field of change and (leadership) development and several years of experience as a consultant and/or facilitator. You love to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and within a team of great professionals, who want to make the difference for our clients and help create Raving Fans.
The perfect match:
• You have a Masters Degree
• You have 5+ years of experience in the field of consulting and preferably combined with facilitation/training
• You have relevant experience in designing and deploying leadership and / or organizational change programs for international companies
• You have excellent commercial skills because you see sales as helping customers with their challenges
• You know when to make use of your analytical or pragmatic skills
• You are a team-player, with a strong opinion
• You are looking forward to travel and work with great clients and people all around the globe
•You are fluent in Dutch & English. German is a big pre.
