The Position

As a Global Talent Development Consultant, you will report directly to the Head of Talent Manager and owrk in close collaboration with the Global Cluster leads for Talent Development.

The key areas of accountability will be :

PROGRAM EXPERTISE You provide broad expertise in the areas of Talent Management and Talent / Leadership Development, designing and deploying solutions to translate business needs into tangible programs and actions.

CONSULTING / PROCESS FACILITATION You are a key internal consultant and facilitator of key global processes (e.g. Talent Review), specific people initiatives (e.

g. strategic sourcing of diverse talent for a BG area), and tackling key business challenges (e.g. developing an integrated Talent Development plan for a new business strategy).

PARTNERING WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS You partner with (P&O) Leaders to provide integrated Talent Development advice in an assigned organizational area to enhance capabilities that meet the needs of the business, thereby strengthening the DSM profitability and competitive advantage.

CONNECTION TO AND FROM THE CENTRE of EXPERTISE You coordinate, consult with and leverage colleagues from within the Centre of expertise and translate strategies into macro requirements that guide priorities when developing and delivering expertise to the organization overall.

COORDINATION AND SHAPING - You support the Talent Development / Management Leads in shaping and coordinating the Talent Management agenda by leading or joining Talent related projects / actions.

Also, you create presentations or other documents to support this.

  • AT LEAST FIVE YEARS EXPERIENCE in HR or related roles is ideal, however we are passionate about bold moves so we are opent to people with transferrable skillsets.
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT exposure to agile ways of working and ability to drive competing needs to deliver results
