As HR Assistant you are responsible for a perfect HR administration and timely and correct salary payments. Accuracy is your core competency and thanks to your knowledge of HR your colleagues can ask you anything.
You responsibilities will include drafting contracts and processing changes in different systems. On a monthly basis you will prepare the payroll and deliver all information to the external payroll providers.
In the annual performance cycle you will keep track of the timelines and ensure that all documents are received on time.
Furthermore you process serval administrative HR tasks and you will contribute to the improvement of HR processes.
Your skills to be successful
Completed a professional / bachelor HRM study
A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a similar (international) work environment in HR & payroll administration
Experience with working in HR-systems, preferably SuccessFactors (SAP)
Good knowledge of the Dutch labor law
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbally
Very good knowledge of Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), you are very skilled in building and understanding reports and formulas in Excel
Affinity with systems and processes / workflows
Furthermore you are :
