Job Description

People Services provide inquiry and transaction services to Teva employees and managers in the area of hire to retire, payroll and time and attendance.

The Regional People Services Director has overall accountability for professional, effective, accurate and customer focused operational and advisory service for the region in line with company procedures, best practices and legislation.

They are accountable to regional business stakeholders on the service provided by the People Services Centers. The Regional People Service Director is part of the Global People Services management team and reports to the Head of Global People Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR CoE's, HRBP's and HR regional teams to streamline and incorporate processes into People Services to provide best in class services delivery to the organization.
  • Creation of a business cases for a new services or initiative, tracking the benefits realization during and after implementation.
  • Provide demand and capacity planning
  • Monitoring and championing people service performance, service quality and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring standardized, consistent and effective people services across the region, and improve employee experience on an ongoing basis in "moments that matter"
  • Drive employee experience journey, increase self-service capability, and collaborate with other corporate functions to ensure holistic and integrated approach and processes.
  • Develop, implement, manage and track strategies for continuous improvement in People Services that increase efficiency and improve Employee Experience.
  • Work with HRIS and IT to optimize HR systems to enable digital experience, automation and processes excellence
  • Provide structured and focused management attention and additional resources to solve complex cases and service situations.
  • Drive service excellence amongst our vendors, control costs and mitigate service risks.
  • Qualifications

  • 10 15 years of experience in various HR / Operations / IT, out of them, at least 5 in HR Operational roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required, MBA / Advanced Degree strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and senior stakeholders management
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and strong service orientation
  • Passion and experience in leading, developing, coaching and providing feedback to large teams.
  • Management of virtual work teams in an international environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in continuous Improvement (Lean / Six Sigma) and Project Management.
  • Knowledge on labor laws, data privacy and SOX requirements.
  • Strong systemic and process thinking
  • Excellent execution capabilities and proven experience in big complex environments
  • Ability to proactively diagnose and solve complex problems and simultaneously manage several initiatives
