Responsibilities

The Impact You’ll Be Making

Leads the envisioning and execution of account plan & goals

  • Cultivates relationships and uses Microsoft sales strategies throughout multiple levels of the customer's organization to establish strong alignment on long-term goals and secure buy-in and execution.
  • Ensures sales, consumption and adoption goals are on target.
  • Develops and leads the execution of account plans for multiple accounts and works to ensure engagements yield high volume sales for both Microsoft and the customer that are on track with goals, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Coordinates with extended virtual teams and holds self and the team accountable for delivering on plans and meeting customer needs.
  • Orchestrates extended team and embraces the Microsoft and industry partner ecosystem to scale business
  • Leverages knowledge of and experience with Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy to address customer's needs.
  • Relationship management

  • Leverages deep relationships with executive customer contacts and business decision makers.
  • Immerses self in customer business to seek customer feedback (both formal and informal) regarding ways to acquire, retain, and grow more engagement and collaboration.
  • Drives pivot to Industry

  • Develops an understanding of the customers and identifies opportunities to drive optimizations and new digitalization solutions / ideas based on their needs, industry and strategies;
  • works on behalf of the customer.

  • Envisions and drives strategic partnerships with key customers. Has knowledge and the ability to create a multi-year strategic commitment with the customer to solve their business needs and expand their markets and / or product offerings.
  • Qualifications

    Who We Are Looking For

    Experiences Required : Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge :

  • Experience selling to or consulting with large enterprise customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in account management to lead multi-cultural, diverse and remote teams across different disciplines.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused experiences, pitches and solutions.
  • Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management.
  • Embody we-before-me and the customer first mindset that delivers long term success over short term returns.
  • The ability to adapt one's behavior to different people and situations, while recognizing, acknowledging and understanding different perspectives.
